It's been so long since my last post, and here I am again presenting you with new products that I recently discovered. Last sunday My family and I we're strolling around Alabang Town Center when a Sales Assistant offered my mother a nail trial, my mother was about to decline her offer, but the sales assistant said her trial will only be a few minutes.

These new products are from Jericho Cosmetics, a brand from Israel.

Dip Dying

So I just dyed my hair today, I was suppose to bleach it first, but I didn't have any at home, so I first tried dying my hair with "Golden Brown" color to see if my hair would at least lighten a bit, because I plan on dip dying my hair Green and Blue.

A few days ago I dyed my hair with a "Purplish Red" color, it came out pretty Red and lightened a few days after, so along with the "Golden Brown" color, the Red lightened a bit more and turned a bit Orangey(?).

I'm pretty happy with the results :))

When In Korea - Traveling by Train

Even before our trip to South Korea, I did some research about the public transportations, I came across the Seoul Metro Map, and honestly just looking at it would make you feel so lost already, a friend of ours who lives in Korea said the metro map is very easy to understand specially when we get there, I have also asked a Korean Schoolmate about certain things about the metro.

Every tourist should go grab a Metro Map from the Information Office located in every station, the map you need is suppose to be as big as a long bond paper so it's easy to fold and easy to keep, what we got was a big map which was pretty useless since it was really big and and confusing.

The Seoul Metro Map is color-coded, so it's easier to know where to transfer lanes.

#1 tip to not get lost in the metro? Always know your stop, and count how many stops before your destination (Ex. LINE 2 Hongik University -> City Hall)

If you still can't understand the map, you can always ask for directions, Koreans are very helpful, they will help you regardless if they can't speak english :))

To make your travel easier, it's recommended to have a 'Seoul City Pass' known as "T-Money" in Korea, it's very convenient and easy to use, and you can buy this in any Convenient store.

South Korea has a lot of Convenient stores around [GS25, Family Mart, 7Eleven, Mini stop]

What is T-Money? It's just basically a card you can use to ride the Train, Taxi, and Bus, you can even use it to pay in convenient stores.

We bought our card at GS25 in Incheon International Airport for 3000 Won, you have to load it first before you can use it, and the term Koreans use is "Re-charge" if you say "Load" they would only get confused, especially if the workers can't speak english. You just have to look for the T-Money Logo posted either on the counter or on the glass of the store.

You can practically load this anywhere, there are Recharging Machines in the Train Stations too!

When you walk around certain stations you may notice a yellow line along the pathway, this is to know which side you are suppose to walk to, outbound or inbound so to speak.

If you want to commute at a less crowded time, around 6am-7am would be great.

Seoul Station

I actually enjoyed standing during the whole train ride, and usually when you ride the train during a later time, almost all the seats are taken, and you'll even see girls in very high heels standing as well or walking in the middle while texting, and if you're gonna ask if boys give their seats for girls? Yes, but it's very rare, usually they only give their chairs to the elderly.

I forgot to mention that there are actually designated seats for the elderly, women with babies, and pregnant women, the seats are usually color-coded either Blue or Red, be careful when seating at those areas, you will get either nagged on or be stared at if you sit there!

[REVIEW] Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer

To celebrate the start of BER month, I'll be doing a review on Etude House's Proof 10 Eye Primer! I've been meaning to do this review a long time ago, I just couldn't find the time to do it.

This product is like one of the best purchases I have ever made!

So this is what the product looked like when I first bought it, on the upper right of the box it says "24HR" meaning the effectivity lasts for 24 hours! I'm not saying you should sleep with your eye make-up to prove this.

I've been wanting an eye primer for so long, because my eye make-up tends to smudge, crease and fade after a few hours, a complete waste of effort, I first heard of Urban Decay Primer Potion when I was watching a few make-up tutorial, I went around the mall and asked the price, and IT WAS EXPENSIVE! so I tried looking for an alternative, I was excited when I found out that Etude House sells this! It works the same way as UDPP and is way cheaper!

This is what my bottle looks like now, the label completely faded off due to over-use, and as you can see I still have a lot of product left, a little goes a long way!

Description: Proof 10 Eye Primer supplies coverage to eyelids and around the eyes to enhance eye shadow color and integrity for a longer lasting, perfect 10 look.

 Directions: Use fingers to gently apply primer to upper and lower eyelids prior to eyeshadow application. Also applicable to eye liners prior to eye liner application

Since the primer dries quickly, you have to work fast or else you'll end up with clumps, it was really annoying to blend when I first used it, since I applied a lot, I learned that a small dab would do.

It's really easy to apply, the texture isn't very watery, so it blends smoothly into the skin.

I use this even if I only apply eye liner, it helps with the lasting power, and doesn't make my eye liner smudge and fade even after I scrunch at it a lot.

Under natural light

 As you can see the eye shadow became more vibrant and it really brings out the blue color, it always appeared to be green when I use it, and because of the primer the color looked more solid.

The primer made the color more noticeable than the shimmers, the one without the primer  was more shimmery and less vibrant.

What I like:

• Lasting power
• No creases
• No panda eyes
• Doesn't make my eyelids oily.
• Makes eyeshadows vibrant
• Doesn't make my eye shadow and eye liner smudge.

What I don't like:

• NONE

[REVIEW] Tous les Jours Macaron de Paris

I first heard about these macarons during Etude House's Playhouse Pink Fair, since Tous les Jours is a sister company, they gave away Pink Macarons during the event! :))

TLJ Macarons were announced to be sold last August 1 in their Official Facebook Page.

These was the first thing that came into my mind when we went to Alabang Town Center, I love how the people at TLJ are greeting in Korean now and are really friendly, I was really disappointed with them during my first few visits a week after their opening.

Since it was my first time trying out these Macarons, I bought all flavors. There were sets available on display so they don't have to wrap it individually. 

There are 5 available flavors: Vanilla, Strawberry, Mango, Green Tea, and Chocolate

The colors are really pretty, specially the Mango and Strawberry flavor :))

Strawberry: I LOVE THIS FLAVOR! it isn't too sweet too, it made me want to buy more!

Mango: I actually gave this flavor to my brother, he was complaining that it didn't even taste like mango, but when I took a small bite, it had a little bit of Mango after-taste, this was pretty okay too.

Chocolate: This flavor is really good too! It was a little bit on the sweet side, I ate this after dinner.

Green Tea: My mom ate this flavor, and I just took a small piece, when they said 'Green Tea' it really taste like Green Tea, the taste is really there, it wasn't sweet as well. I didn't like it to be honest.

Vanilla: I was really disappointed with this flavor :( I didn't enjoy it at all, there wasn't that much cream inside and it tasted like baked egg whites.

These costs P28 each, pretty cheap really, and because they have a pre-packed set, you could give them as presents.

I'm totally buying ALL-STRAWBERRY next time! ^^
